Juice Plus+ is committed to protecting your privacy, both online and offline, and will take all necessary steps to ensure that your personal information is secure. As such, we have developed these comprehensive global privacy policies.

We protect your privacy in every way we can think of.

  • We collect your personal information only when you choose to provide that information to us, for example when you purchase our products.
  • At any time, if you would like to review, update, change or delete any information you have provided to us, you may log into  My Account  at www.JuicePlus.com, view the personally identifiable information you have provided to us, and make any changes or corrections you wish to make by clicking on the edit button next to your “Contact Information.” If you have not created a Juice Plus+ account, you may do so at any time at Customers.JuicePlus.com  . You may also contact your Juice Plus+ representative or contact us directly at  [email protected] , as set forth in the “Contact Information” section below.
  • We will use the personal information you share with us only to help you do business with us.
  • We will not share any of your personal information with third parties, other than business partners who we contract with to help us better serve you, including fraud prevention, technology services, and specialized customer service. Our contracts stipulate that our service providers will only use your information in connection with the services they provide to us. In addition, when we transfer personal information about individuals in the EU or Switzerland to third parties in accordance with the EU-U.S. Privacy Shield and the Swiss-U.S. Privacy Shield (see below), respectively, The Juice Plus+ Company, LLC may be held liable.
  • We may also need to share your personal information in response to a lawful requirement by public authorities, including to meet national security or law enforcement requirements.
  • We may supplement or combine your personal information with data lawfully obtained from third parties, such as banks or credit card processors, who help us do business with you.
  • We will never, under any circumstances , sell or rent  your personal information to any third party for any purpose, as other companies do.
  • We may, from time to time, send you emails regarding our products. If you do not wish to receive these emails, simply click on the "Unsubscribe" link at the bottom of the email or contact us at  [email protected] , as described below in the "Contact Information" section. We may also contact you by telephone if there are any issues regarding our business relationship. If you do not wish us to contact you by telephone, even if there is a problem, you may contact us directly at [email protected]  , as set forth in the "Contact Information" section below.
  • In order to ensure the high level of personalized service for which our company is known, if you choose to become our customer and are not already affiliated with one of our independent Juice Plus+ partners, we may assign you to a partner and share with them the basic contact information you have provided, including your name, phone number and email address.  This never includes your credit card information or any other financial information.
  • If you choose to become a partner and share Juice Plus+ with others, you will need to provide us with additional personal information, including your social insurance number. We protect this additional information in the same way we protect your credit card and other financial information.
  • All Juice Plus+ independent partners are also contractually obligated to comply with our privacy and security policies, which include not sharing your personal information with others under any circumstances.

We are taking additional security measures online.

Ensuring the privacy of your personal financial information is extremely important to us. Since this can sometimes be an issue online, we take these extra security measures in this environment.

  • If you purchase our products online, we require your name, mailing address, and credit card or bank account information to fulfill your order. We also ask for an email address and/or phone number so that we can contact you regarding your order. However, whenever we ask for your credit card number or bank account number, we always transmit this payment information in an encrypted format, which prevents unauthorized persons from understanding the information. We use state-of-the-art, industry-standard SSL encryption to ensure this is the case.
  • If you choose to become an independent Juice Plus+ Partner and share Juice Plus+ products with others, we will also need your Social Security number and/or banking information in order to compensate you for your efforts on behalf of the company.
  • In all cases, we will implement all organizational, technical and administrative measures to protect your personal information. Unfortunately, it is impossible to guarantee that any data transmission over the Internet or a wireless network is 100% secure, even for a company like ours that goes to great lengths to ensure your privacy and security. To put it simply, we cannot absolutely ensure the security or guarantee the security of any information you transmit to us: no one can make that promise. So, ultimately, you do so at your own risk, but please know that we do everything humanly and technologically possible to minimize the risks.

Connection cookies

If you visit our websites, we may store information in the form of "cookies" on your computer or other device. "Cookies" are text files stored on your computer that contain information about you. We use cookies to provide you with a better service: they help us provide you with more personalized information and make it easier for you to access and use our website.
